What internet provider can I used with a Sky Talk land line that is NOT Sky Broadband. Most providers need you to have a BT land line. If there are any that can connect with Sky please let me know, I’m looking for cheaper options.

Some internet service providers are providing a combined cable/network/landline modem service. However some users choose to use the isp and go with another third party such as Vonage that goes through as Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP).
I would check with the provider and see if they have the combined service first. If they don’t you can look through Vonage or Skype and check out their services. I wouldn’t use Vonage however as I’ve had issues with them but it could be that they were new or my cable company’s signal was poor to begin with and could only use one way.
Though people such as myself only need the cable modem service and use a cellular phone instead of having a landline phone but that works only if I can get a signal from inside a house or work site or apartment.

No options. Its Sky or no-one.
You only other option is to move away from Sky.
Oops… Didn’t anyone tell you that none of the other providers (including BT) will take over a non-BT landline? The only way you can move away from a Sky landline (or any other non BT line) is to pay BT the full £125 to “connect” your line. And that assumes you will be a customer of theirs for at least 12 months. Otherwise you have to pay an “early cancellation” penalty of about £80.
Welcome to the big phone line con. And the stupid thing is, this is a direct result of Offcom rules that are supposed to aid competition and benefit the customer.
