Twisted Metal Black Online Reviews
Twisted Metal Black Online
Car games are great, especially fast car games, but add the additional novelty of high-powered weaponry and all of a sudden it’s a whole new ball game–particularly if you can play against drivers from across Europe. Hurrah then for Twisted Metal: Black Online for the PlayStation 2, which drops the single-player mode and any attempt at a story line in favour of a stripped down but extremely effective multi-player experience. TM:BO provides the player with four game modes: the obligatory Deathmat

This is an online only game, so you can only play it if you have broadband. If you have it, you will know that it is good for a quick blast of mayhem, yet you don’t feel compelled to play it that much. The graphics are good, and I have experienced no slowdown, even though it’s online. A good budget buy if you have the Network Adapter. Fans of the offline one game will love it.

I have to say i was pretty disappointed with twisted metal black online – its basically a complete RAMMY of mayhem and non stop action which although it may sound like a good thing, is actually pretty annoying after all of 10 minutes.Online play is a great option to have for games these days but sadly on twisted metal black, you’d be hard pushed to tell the difference between real players and computer characters – no voice chat and very basic, arcade like controls add up to a game which is great for a quick blast, but not the kind of thing strategic and long term gamers will be amazed by.Rent it first at the very least.
