Now mtnl paid no attentions to their customers problems except charging more than the prescribed tariff plan. The staff members of this department acting more than the minister of communication. Customers got no right to express their grievances.I therefore request to the higher authorities of the above services to handover it to the private organisation.

Hello, Are you in this country or another country? I am guessing that you are talking about the service in another country because I have not heard of this service before. If you are in this country (usa) you can get to the root of your problem by talking with customer service, and maybe even further if necessary if you are not happy with their service.. But in another country I can not say because there are differences. I have a suggestion, Maybe you can keep on trying until you are able to get through to someone else, most company’s have more than one person working in customer service, so if you are not satisfied with the answer from one then call back until you get another person that maybe able to help ok. Just keep trying.
