Question by Fella: Why does my broadband not work at home?
Tiscali say the line is activated. All my equipment is set up perfectly and nothing is broken, I have tried a router, a normal modem, 4 different filters, I have tried the master socket and the test socket. I am positive the fault is not at my end.

Tiscali say that as far as they can tell the line is working and there must be something wrong with the equipment. I am 99.99% sure that nothing is wrong with my equipment.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Should I just tell tiscali they are talking out of their bottoms?
Yes my PC can connect to the router, the router works fine.

run command prompt. type ipconfig. what kind of ip are you getting? have you tried restarting your pc since you got all the equipment installed? have you tried just plugging the pc directly into the modem without the router? e-mail me and i can help you further. good luck!
