We have just moved into a flat and we need to setup a phone line which costs £125. BT said if we get broadband through them they will reduce it to £60. Is it worth it? Or should we pay the extra £60 odd quid. Is BT broadband good?

They will provide Home phone and Broadband with NO BT LINE RENTAL and if you need a new line installation they will only charge you £99.
The prices are MUCH cheaper that BT and they are also the cheapest provider for Gas, Electricity and Mobile Phone also.

I think that BT broadband is fairly expensive when compared to some but is ok. I know a lot of people that use it. Why not use them for a while then you can change to whoever you like. You may find that you like the service they offer.
Quite a few of the others need you to have a BT line to use them anyway..
