From what ive read, its should be orange or vodafone. Im on 3 now, and its terrible! =D

You may as well be asking “how long is a piece of string”.
Firstly I would say the speed depends on a lot of factors including the reception in your area. Look at the first link below, this is for a broadband postcode checker, it will let you check out the broadband coverage in your area for each of the mobile broadband providers.
Secondly, you can check out the general performance of the broadband providers, there is a significant difference; generally Orange are rated more highly.
