Q&A: What could be wrong with my 3 mobile broadband?

Question by Kyra: What could be wrong with my 3 mobile broadband?
I’ve had a 3 mobile broadband dongle since last year and its always worked fine. Yesterday when I was on it it kept disconnecting me though and now it wont find a network at all, and my laptop says its not recognising/picking up the USB.

Has anyone else had this? Do I need to buy a new one? (Am using someone elses computer at the moment)

I assume you have tried calling the technical dpmnt at 3?
