Should i turn my broadband of when not in use or will this harm it turning it on & of all the time.

Assuming you’re considering this for cost savings or fire safety, I’d still suggest leaving them going – unless you’re on “pay as you go”, but most people are a standard, fixed-rate monthly tariff. You’re better off reducing your boiler use, driving more economically, etc for cost savings.

Only for the computer and modem/router mains power. Does leave you vulnerable to virus/hacking attack if left on all the time.
