If that’s what the contract says, yes.
They don’t normally cancel after one late payment, you normally get a red bill reminder and a couple of weeks grace.
Give your answer to this question below!
I work for BT
and yes, you will.
Im sorry, but really I dont buy the fact you were late one payment. You must have been very late..
BT arent legally obliged to send out a reminder by the way. A bill can be sent, either in paper or online.
And in fairness if you’ve been a custoemr for a while, you’ll know the date your bill usuaully arrives.
Yes, you’ll be fully liable.
That’s unusual. I’ve never heard of that one before even though BT can be total bastards at times.
Normally you get a red letter demanding payment first and even so they always tell you if you are having trouble and difficulty paying then contact them as soon as possible so you and they can come to some arrangement.
Being cut off is the last resort they will take when you haven’t responded to their requests for payment. They never cut you off for one late payment.
Of course you are only telling us what you want us to know and are being a bit economical with the full story! I suspect you owe them a lot of money because of irregular payments and you have refused to come to some arrangement with them.
That’s why they have suddenly terminated your account without notice.
