Any idea how to correct the problem? If i go into control panel & internet connections it says broadband disconnected even though the hub light is blue!
If the phone symbol is blue then I can connect to the internet – but I don’t think this should make a difference should it?

try resetting it there is normally a button you can press at side or on back. Just give it a few minutes to boot up again

Switch your hub off for a few seconds then switch on again, this will reset the hub. However, it’s more likely to be the lead that connects your hub to your pc that’s come disconnected for some reason check this (Yellow) lead
