Q&A: How do you get through to the orange customer service department for broadband in the UK ?
Question by Lorne: How do you get through to the orange customer service department for broadband in the UK ?
I have been put through only to the Indian call centre who apart from having a ‘selective’ grasp of the English language – ie when it suits them, are technically inept and evasive. I need to contact the customer service centre in Glasgow – can you help ?
They even just hung up twice … awful service! I have lots of dealings with various ISPs and I’ve never experienced the like !

Orange are crap. Try simply calling the normal number and say you want to speak to someone who is based in the UK. I don’t think you can get a different number for Glasgow.
What do you think? Answer below!
You have done a great public service by letting us know what Orange is like. I was thinking of using them but not now. Thanks. Try emailing them and inform them you are prepared to leave them soon.
tell me about it – i couldn’t understand a word the indian call centre said – not racist visit india twice a year – asked for a supervisor cut off
3 times – finally got one in glasow who was the rudest person i have ever spoken to ( i work in a call centre) i emailed the complaints department and got whitewashed. write email with copies – i was told
i couldn’t cancel contract part way through and i told them they were
not fulfilling their part of the contract cos my broadband wouldn’t work.
they threatened me with court. i cancelled it – gone to tiscali – had a slight problem got such a nice guy in india who sorted it all out for me.
