I have just got myself a netbook and don’t think the user guide is any good please can anyone help

what network are you on? it probably doesn’t matter anyway, all mobile broadband is is a mobile sim card equipped to only send and recieve data, if you are on a prepaid one call the same number you normally would to get the balance for a prepaid phone ( from private number ) and give the mobile number that is printed somewhere on the mobile BB packaging
