I’m downloading the bt total broadband software as the computer crashed so had to restart from a date.The software is running but does’nt seem to be getting anywhere as it’s still saying 52%.I want to use bt as my homepage and not internet explorer.Thanks.

In IE just go to Tools, click on Internet Options, in the dialogue box indicatating your current Home Page, i.e Internet Explorer, type in or paste http://home.bt.yahoo.com, then click Apply and OK. Job done. I hope that’s the page you were after, if not same process applies.

In the internet Properties window, delete the homepage link. Add the link to ‘http://www. ((write yourhomepage here)).com
Then select the Apply button.
Internet Explorer is not a homepage. What are you talking about?
Open up the page you want as your home page. Then in the menu bar >Tools>Internet Options>General. Click on ‘current’. Job done.
There should be a little tab that says do u want this 2 be your home page
go to tools and then internet options and in the general tab add the website address this should work
use yahoo its much better
