Q&A: Has any one had problems with their new BT Total Broadband service and BT Broadband Talk?
Question by Steven P: Has any one had problems with their new BT Total Broadband service and BT Broadband Talk?
Am I the only person BT seem to have forgotten about when it comes to connecting up my BT Broadband Talk. I have waited 5 weeks and still no action. I have made so many calls i could name every department at BT and their phone number. I have had no letters or no emails what so ever.

Yes, they are crap.
Unfortunatley someone installed this computer to a BT Broadband service which charges prenium prices and has equipment that stops connecting every 5 minutes.
when i tried to connect this computer to the network, it took us 3 months to get it started, and after we did that, there are still problems which made us call a 0870 number (prenium priced calls) almost every week for the next 2 months. Problem is, it is still not sorted despite calling overly priced engineers to sort it out.
If you can, change your boradband to talk talk or orange.

No problems. I have had excellent service and the hub has performed perfectly for over 8 months. It was really simple to set up and the broadband talk package is excellent. We’ve used the service all over Europe from wi-fi access points for business.
Im with BT and they are rubbish. Very unhelpful. Always sending me to different dept through telephone, i always have to repeat myself! My broadband signal is alway touch n go. Sometime good then suddenly it goes haywire!
Cant wait till contract is over in a few months so i can get rid of them! They always make up excuse about how far u are to telephone exchange n if u use extension. I have tried many different things but still not perfect, and they should make it perfect regardless.
