Do i need to be a three pay as you go mobile phone customer to use a three pay as you go mobile broadband dongle, or in other words do i need a three mobile number, or does the dongle come with its own sim card and number?

You do not need to be a three mobile phone customer to be able to use their mobile broadband, all you do is buy one of their dongles (either a pay monthly or pay as you go package), and plug it in to your laptop(or pc).
