Q&A: Can i connect to a broadband service that is going to a different address?

Question by tech guy: Can i connect to a broadband service that is going to a different address?
My home internet service is not working at the moment but i also run a company and have internet going to my work. If i typed in my works ISP details would i be able to use that broadband service? Can the broadband only go a specified telephone number?
