Hi there.
It is exactly the same price, makes no difference at all. make sure they send the wireless one for free though, they sometimes try and charge you.
Cheers, Steve.

BT are confusing the issue. Most PCs come with the facility to use a modem but access to the internet via modem is slower so you are on longer which means it costs more on a normal BT line. If you have a broadband service, whether you use a modem or Wifi broadband it will cost the same for line rental. It sounds like BT are calling a Router a Modem or they are providing an external Modem for a normal phone line if the latter it will cost you more as you will be on the line for longer.
Yes, cheaper by it’s make. Expensive modem means better modem. So as wireless broadband. I am talking about the price. Similarly for the usage. You subscribe for higher bandwidth (1 Gbps) you have to pay more. Less bandwidth less price. That for my place. At you place, I don’t know. Ask the provider. But I rather use modem. Wireless is good if you travel or move around.
wireless is either USB or a router both need a modem, USB dongle is the modem, or from a modem/ router >PC. USB you buy modem anything upto$ 100AUD, pending on ISP, then you either go prepaid or on a plan?
wireless modems are very slow and you cannot get a connection with torre.nt sites
