Is changing from AOL to Tiscali for broadband a bad idea?
Question by ilovemondays321: Is changing from AOL to Tiscali for broadband a bad idea?
I have been stuck with AOL for the past 18 months, I have my phone rental from BT at about £12 a month and I pay £19.99 a month for broadband only from AOL and I am trying to find a cheaper option, thanks in advance for any answers.

Tried AOL once didn’t like it, been using Tiscali just over 2 years, no complaints so far and cheaper.
What do you think? Answer below!

If you’re paying £20 per month for AOL, you could either save a load of money or get yourself a really fast connection. There are lots of offers out there, so look at what you need and find the best deal (see the first link below). Speak to family and friends and find out what they think of their providers before you make a decision (the second link below has different provider details, including customer reviews).
Both AOL and Tiscali have a very bad reputation as broadband providers. I would get advice from some friends or relatives if they have someone they could recommend. I use BT and even though they are not the cheapest they are very reliable.
Cheap is not always the best option.
Tiscali is really TalkTalk!
If you want to cut your broadband bill, look at bundling your phone and broadband with 1 supplier, BT or TalkTalk in most of the UK!
If you want good broadband look at the smaller players!
