I know my broadband contract ends in jan,so I have to cancel in december. What happens with my hub etc? I don’t really know how to go about this,as I’ve found bt quite expensive with phone contract and broadband. Any advice appreciated x

bt is reducing their prices in december

try 2 bargn
it will giv u cheaper
but if u r not satisfied with the quality then change it
I also recently have come to the end of my contract with B.T. It has been expensive and poor customer service but the broadband service was excellent.
when I called to cancel they offered a cheaper price, I said I would think about it, she then went away for about 5 mins (poor customer service) and came back with an unbeatable broadband price.
I received an new hub (not requested) in the post 2 days later which is still in its box unwrapped as using the old one.
short answer, if your happy with the broadband service haggle for a cheaper price. they don’t want to lose customers.
