A competitor, Talk-Talk, has offered a similar service to yours with a broadband/telephone line package for £16.99 per month against BT‘s £38-65 (from April 2009) – A HUGE SAVING!
I am strongly tempted to accept unless you can match this price. I await your respnse.

1 month
Give your answer to this question below!

yes its one month….you also need to ask bt for the mac code when you are changing over supplier.
It used to be 30 days written notice, but now it all seems to be done over the phone. But you still have to give them notice. They will tell you when you phone what the time period is now.
30 days notice.
Forget Talk Talk though and look at the Sky Broadband package.
For my broadband I pay just £5 per month, up to 8Mbps, 30 Gb download limit per month. My realistic download speed is about 4550 kbps which isn’t bad through BT‘s lines.
