I am trying to set up my BT Broadband BTHomeHub. I have typed in the network name and the wireless key EXACTLY as they appear on the back of the hub but BT rejects the wireless key even though it is CORRECT. Can anyone help?

Only 2 thoughts:
1. CAPS lock?
2. Check the SSID (name of the Wireless Hub) you try to connect to is correct. Lots of BTHomeHubs out there and you may be trying a neighbour’s by mistake if the numbers at the end don’t match the label on the hub.
