Question by smith876@btinternet.com: I am Broadband Option 3 customer. How do I access my free Digital Vault service?
Clicking on the link asks for my existing Digital Vault ID or to access as new customer. I don’t have an ID. If I access as new customer then it implies I have to pay a monthly fee – this services is allegedly bundled with my Option 3 broadband!

I’m pretty sure you have to contact BT to set it up. Anyway I would have thought if you have a problem you would have rung them by now!
