I unfortunately took the broadband stick as part of a two-year plan with t-mobile,since I was happy with my t-mobile phone. Big mistake. T-mobile has had to replace the stick three times – twice because it was malfunctioning and the last time because it simply fell apart. According to the T-mobile service people, they’re having problems with an adhesive that doesn’t hold the stick together. Tech support people are generally pleasant in the hours I’ve spent on the phone with them, but T-Mobile hasn’t managed to compensate me for time lost (I work online). This, even though the problems were consistently with the equipment (Huawei) they issued.

Firstly, the connector will not rotate 90 degrees as shown in the picture. It is fixed as an inline only connector.
Secondly, the device will not register online as it says the T-Mobile site is temporarily out of order. It has been out of order for 72 hours. This sugests that T-Mobile are not the best service provider available. I have gone back onto Vodafone which works perfectly.
This unit is not a good buy.
