We have just left BT and transferred to Virgin Media. Whatever you do, stay away from BT unless you want constant cut outs, terrible wireless connection and the worst customer service you could ever imagine.

When /While it is working — its fine , though it really annoys me that I have to threaten to leave them every year just to get them to give me a reasonable deal .
But when things go wrong — try to think calm thoughts whilst trying to deal with their (Indian) help line and their (Openreach ) subcontractors !
