Because of our financial situation we are having to cancel our TV package and our phone (sky talk). Can we keep the broadband for the internet usage?

No, I don’t think you can. We looked at this a while back and the phone and or broadband package has to come with the TV package. The TV package is central to all their services.
Having said that though, we’ve been having a lot of problems with Sky Broadband lately, so who knows may be time to change anyway.

If you’re still in the 12 month contract then you’d be charged a cancellation fee.This would be the cost for the total months remaining for each service.You’d still need the line to get the broadband so you would still have to pay line rental and broadband costs.
Your best bet would be to phone Sky and explain the situation and see if they could offer maybe a reduction in cost for a time.
i don’t think you will be able to cancel this package mid contract
have you tried contacting the company and explaining your
financial situation and maybe they can come to some arrangement
with you good luck
