I am using 2 Mbps broadband connection and getting 121 KBps download speed is this speed ok for a 2 Mbps line

thats normal for 2mb connection. most 2mb conenctions have a download limmit, so make sure you know what yours is.
this will give you an accurate speed reading.

It depends on many reasons, but mainly on the distortion on your line from the ISP, if it’s too high the signal goes down.. I am not sure if your router or modem can show you how much distortion there is.. If I recall correctly the measurement unit for the distortion is the PNR, it might be somewhere in your modem’s / router’s settings.. Check it out.
If the distortion is too high you might ask your ISP to fix it for you, but nothing guaranteed
In best cases your speed is supposed to be around 200KB/s +-20KB/s
250KBps is the max you can get on your connection, 121 is a bit slow, but not unreasonable considering overhead and where you might be accessing. Please look into the difference between bits and bytes if you have any questions beyond this.
It is normal, but could go higher; My 1 Mbps can reach 130kbps.
It also depends on the website that you are downloading from.
