How much film and tv can i watch in a month with 15GB Mobile Broadband?
i will be using the internet often too, for social and gaming.
just wanting to know so i dont end up running over!

It depends on the bitrate of the streaming video. If its a decent quality your looking at 1Gb every 4 hours of watching time.
Gaming it depends on what game it is. WoW is about 150Mb an hour.

15GB is not a great deal per month for watching a lot of online TV and movies, for everything else it should be plenty though.
– Each movie will be about 0.8GB
– Each hour of TV will be about 0.5GB
– Each hour of Internet usage (websites|social) will be about 0.05GB
Gaming (Xbox, PS3) wise mobile broadband won’t provide a great user experience, unless it is for online games (E.g. Facebook, Flash) and these will not use a whole lot.
Well to be honest to do what you want to do 15 GB is
not going to last you long.
I do very little streaming and nor do I play games on line
yet I get through about 40/45 GB a month.
To do what you want you need an unlimited account which
mobile broadband doesn’t do. You must be on 3 because as
far as I’m aware they are the only ones who do 15 GB a month.
Also you mustn’t forget from the moment you log on till the time
you log off, everything you do either involves either an upload or
a download and it ALL counts towards your capped allowance.
A MOVIE IS ABOUT A GIG SO IF YOU WATCH 15 MOVIES YOUR DATA WILL BE MAXED OUT. I HAD A CRICKET BROADBAND MODEM AND IT IS UNLIMITED. IT IS A LITTLE SLOWER BUT IT IS UNLIMITED SO YOU CAN DOWNLOAD STUFF ALL DAY LONG EVERYDAY IF YOU WANT TO. I JUST SAW THAT COMCAST CAME OUT WITH A BROADBAND MODEM TOO. I DON’T KNOW YET IF IT IS UNLIMITED YET BUT IF IT IS I THINK IM GONNA GET THE ONE FROM COMCAST. IT IS 55 BUCKS A MONTH. THE CRICKET ONE IS LIKE 40 OR 50 BUCKS A MONTH.
