I’ve got all 3, for £30 but i’d imagine for just the tv service it’d be about £14.99 if not less. Give them a call.. Since sky one etc, are all coming back to virgin on the 13th of this month, you won’t be missing anything, and i swear by the catch up tv service..

All Virgin pay tv packs (M+, L and XL) are available without a phone line.
Virgin Media no longer provides a TV service to new or existing subscribers unless your package includes a telephone service.
