Buy a wireless router. Turns broadband into wifi. Just google it. Prices range from $ 20-$ 70

Wifi is simply a means of distributing an existing internet connection without wires.
You can have wifi with mobile broadband – you need a mifi router (mobile wifi) such as this

You normally put your 3G sim card into the router, enter your details and this broadcasts a wifi signal around the house
If you want wifi without mobile broadband the you have to have broadband internet via cable or via landline with a wireless router
HTH
WIFI is just broadband or cable internet which is then streamed around your house by a WIFI router so you don’t need to have too many wires. You will need a phone line or cable line installed for it.
The mobile internet you use is completely different.
