im currently paying £20 a month for a medium size broadband
when i can have size L for just £14 a month..
how do i change it so i can update my package?
and would i have to pay any extra if they had to give me a new modem or something?

Do you have a virgin phone line if so call 150 on it (it’s free) and tell them what you want. If you have a modem already it shouldn’t cost you any more but ask the customer services what the price difference will be. It will cost if you want to go wireless then you have to pay £20 for a router and £20 for a wireless network adapter if needed.

just ask them if they say no talk to the leaving dept say you are leaving because you were misled on the deal and when they give size L make sure they post you a wireless router aswell which goes with that package but they never tell you .
