I paid £50 to have my free upgrade to latest Hub but still am unable to go directly to BT Broadband. Surely BT should correct free of further charges. GAC

I have no idea what you mean by “unable to go directly to BT Broadband”. If you can explain your problem more clearly you stand a better chance of getting a good answer. Are you having problems accessing the Internet? BT offer Broadband Technical Support but I have the impression that many of their support staff are just reading from a script.

the hub upgrade will be to wireless N and nothing really to do with your direct internet connection – try using it on a cable – and if it improves then the wireless bit is the issue
