I have had it more than the twelve month contract.
Fed up calling Tiscali and talking to someone who cannot speak English Help!

Read their terms and conditions – you might be able to send them a letter.

People like Tiscali aren’t daft. They make it much easier to sign up than to cancel
Well if the phone is too much you could always just cancel the payments!
Might be worth getting an Experian account though.
If you send them a letter it will go to an English office and they will have to act on it.

According to the normal contract you must give 30 DAYS clear notice IN WRITING to cancel your contract.
Failure to do so will result in a continuing contract and you will not have a leg to stand on. Tiscali will have the law on their side to recover any cost of the contract plus court costs if it goes that far. Failure to pay will result in the same action!
Be warned.
It is your customer right to ask to speak to someone whom you can understand
