I’ve been using Sky broadband since January and have found that whenever my next door neighbour (who also has it) is online, my browser is slow as rocks. Is this due to interference from his network?

Your interferrence is likely to be coming from the fact that you are both on the same wireless channel. Access your routers control panel and change the wireless channel to a different one.
