I have my main home computer connected through tiscali broadband with a modem but now have a laptop and instead of using a dongle want a wireless connection! What do i do to make this possible?

Buy a wireless router.

Contact tiscali and ask for a free router it is in your contract.
Simplest way is to buy a wireless router with a built-in modem & ditch the one Tiscali supplied
- ISP supplied modems tend to be the cheapest they can find anyway
