AVOID THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE BOTH INCOMPETENT AND INCAPABLE OF BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
They delivered wrong item (I ordered a double I recieved a single) with very annoying consequences at my end.
When I contacted thier “returns” department I was treated as if it was my fault, not theirs.
Had to return the item – that did not fit description I ordered – before they would let me have the item (twice the price)I paid for.
When compared with a similar situation where I was given an online voucher in recompense (I am not a serial complainer) this is the first time in many year of Amazon trading I have had to leave a negative review.
