There is a package for 28 pound, this includes broadband for 10 pound, and sky tv for 17 pound and free uk and evening calls for free. But it doesn’t say nothing about phone line rental, in this included in the package or will i have to pay more to have that?

No you rent the line from BT separately at £11.50 per month and if you haven’t got one, I think it’s about £123 to have one put in. It’s not included in Sky‘s packages.
You will have to pay BT for line rental.Isn’t a lot though.
