Hi, I only know the basics of the computer and I am going over to sky broadband from aol, I have lots of emails and other things I would like to save so I can still use them is this possible, and can I still use aol if I swap? thanks for your help.

Before you make the switch, contact AOL and advise them that you are moving providers and that you want to keep your email address open so you can still access it through aol.com / .co.uk….. This shouldn’t be a problem, but I would advise you to forward all your emails to another address such as hotmail….. You also have the option of using Windows Mail or Outlook to download all of your emails to your computer and make a backup of them that way…. If you need any more help with this, let me know….
