I signed up with Orange 18 months ago and got their free broadband. When it comes to upgrading it looks like I’ll get a better deal as a new customer but I don’t want to lose the free broadband. Does anyone know if I transfer it to another account whether it will stay free?

I will have the same issue…..
If you go through another shop but stay with orange to get the better deal do it….
By the time the orange broadband find out your new contract will be up and running, and you can say you never left!!! I’ve found that they are 2 different parts of the company, i.e you cant talk about BB to the phone customer services or vica versa.
thats what I’ll be doing soon!!
