I just want to break the contract with virgin media with whom we have a telephone line and cable broadband 10 MB with free wireless router broadband is four 8 pounds a month for first six months. We want to move to another place and we dont want to keep the virgin broadband as dey dont provide full speeds but wanna keep the free wireless router is that possible

First stay with Virgin its faster than BT and the other companies use a BT line and you still have to pay BT line rental on top and they are slower than Virgin. All companies do not give you a guaranteed speeds its only up to. If you cancel your Broadband with Virgin they will want the router back and you will have to pay to the end of the contract.
it is very unlikely, however when you move and sign up for a new broadband service, they will probably offer you a router anyway.
