At the moment we dont use the phone line but would like to start using the internet (broadband),maybe a package internet and tv, but dont want to use the phone as dont require a landline phone.

Virgin Media is probably the best for you.
Tv & Broadband is £20.00 per month and doesnt require a phoneline.
All other broadband providers, provide the service through the phone line.
If you want sky and the broadband, you need an active BT line
