I am struggling to express my frustration with this lump of plastic. I bought it having been advised that it was Mac compatible. Only it isn’t. I have spent hour after hour after hour searching the internet for drivers (something I haven’t done since my Windows days), reading forums and playing around with settings and all to no avail so far. 3 are useless, Huawei are even worse and there is no support from either of them except denial that there is a problem. Obviously they haven’t read the shedloads of messages on the internet from frustrated users.
So whatever you do, if you would like to actually get onto the internet, don’t buy this. If you want to get rid of your spare £40, just set fire to it, it’s easier and more satisfying. By the way, Amazon won’t let me give it no stars, I certainly wouldn’t have awarded it any given the option.

Very disappointed. The device connects perhaps 1 time out of 6, and when it does connect more often than not it’s EDGE and not HSDPA. After perhaps 30 minutes so it disconnects, and it takes anything up to 30 minutes of fiddling about to reconnect it. Where do I live you say? London – Zone 1. So there’s absolutely no excuse for this poor coverage. Recommend you avoid and look at other providers. I’ll give Orange a try.
